Use this page or choose Settings → Delete account in the Android or iOS app. You can delete your account without reinstalling the app.

What is removed
We delete the account managed by Clerk and the saved links, notes, previews, collections, favorites, archive and related library records stored for it in Convex. Shared collections stop being accessible when the request is accepted. People who previously copied a shared link may still have their own copies.
Timing and retained records
Deletion starts immediately and usually finishes within a few minutes. Temporary service failures are retried automatically. A minimal request record containing the account identifier and deletion status is retained for 30 days to prevent reuse of old access tokens and handle failed or duplicate requests, then removed. Backup, security and support records may remain under the limited retention described in our privacy policy.
If you cannot sign in or need help with a request, email info@mayfernlabs.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
