For help with Link Oracle, contact Mayfern Labs at info@mayfernlabs.com. Include your device, app version and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

Saving links

Choose Add link or share a URL from your browser to Link Oracle. Saving the link and loading its preview are separate steps. If a preview is unavailable, the saved URL still opens the original website.

Accounts and devices

Use the same account on the website and mobile apps to access your library across devices. An optional sample tutorial is available in Settings after you sign in.

Connection problems

Unsent drafts stay on the device where you created them. Keep the app open when retrying a queued save. Signing out removes unsent drafts from that device.

Sharing and safety

Shared collections can be viewed by anyone with their link, without signing in. Private notes, favorites and archive settings are excluded. You can turn sharing off in the collection. Report harmful or unlawful shared content to info@mayfernlabs.com, including the collection link and the reason for the report. We review reports and may remove access to content or suspend abusive accounts under our terms.

Delete your account

Use Settings → Delete account in the app or request deletion on the web. The web page works without installing the app.
