These terms govern your use of LinkOracle, provided by Mayfern Labs. By using LinkOracle, you agree to these terms. Your use must be permitted by the laws that apply to you.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Acceptable use
You must use LinkOracle lawfully and respect other people's rights. You must not use it to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or facilitate fraud or abuse.
You must not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, bypass access restrictions or usage limits, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the service.
Your content and sharing
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give us permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide and protect LinkOracle and carry out your sharing choices. Retention after deletion is described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for the content you save or share and for having any permissions it requires. Sharing content may allow recipients to retain copies. Saving or sharing a link does not grant any right to access, copy or distribute the linked material.
Shared collections must not contain or promote nudity, sexual content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, graphic real-world violence outside a newsworthy context, threats, harassment, hate, fraud, or other unlawful or abusive material. These rules apply to collection names, link titles, previews and linked content.
We use limited automated screening and review reports of shared content. You can report a shared collection and block its owner in the app, or contact info@mayfernlabs.com. We may remove access to a collection or restrict an account that violates these rules. Screening cannot guarantee that every external page is suitable.
External content
External websites and their content are outside our control and subject to their own terms. A saved link or preview does not imply our endorsement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of external content.
Service availability
LinkOracle is provided as available. We may change, limit or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of saved information.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, abuse or a security risk. We may remove content where required by law or these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action unless doing so would compromise security or legal obligations.
You may stop using LinkOracle at any time. Use account deletion on the web or Settings → Delete account in the mobile apps to close your account and remove associated information, subject to the retention described in our privacy policy.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, LinkOracle. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer or other legal rights.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law.
